Second training in Public Narratives
We held the training in the second topic: Public Narratives. An interesting session that gave important tools for the participants to start developing the structure of the campaign to get the maximum impact possible.
Second Transnational Project Meeting in Budapest
We are in place in Budapest with some of our participants and the members of the partner organizations, for our second transnational Project meeting. The main goal of this meeting is to develop the content together with the participants and start creating the anti-gypsyism Campaign we will launch very soon.
Follow up on the first training
We had our follow-up training in Anti-gypsyism today. The complexity of the subject gathered us again to develop the topic more in depth.
Spanish Network Meeting
Today Drom Kotar met with the mother-daughter duo from Spain and discussed the increasing anti-Roma incidentes observed on TV and social media platforms. The goal was to collect valuable experiences for the anti-gypsyism campaign. You can read more about this in the Facebook page
Roma Connect networking
Amrita OBK (HU) took part in the annuel conference on advocacy and cooperation solutions, within the Project “Promoting Religious Freedom and Combating Anti-Semitism”. First training
Today we had our first part of the online training in Anti-gypsyism. There were in total 33 people connected at the same time and the motivation was on top. To read more, visit the Facebook post
Kick-off Meeting in Timisoara, Romania
Today we met face to face in Timisoara to officially kick-off our Project. Drom Kotar, IIT, and Amrita were in place, while AID joined the whole meting via Zoom. The last adjustments were made and all partners agreed on the task distributions.
First online partner´s meeting
Today we had our first online partners meeting! We have officially launched our Project ROMA CONNECT. We are all eager to start working together side by side with the Roma women from our countries.
